- TTimPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoOur second year spending thanksgiving dinner with the folks at the Oak Long Bar. We showed up an hour early for our reservation and they sat us immediately. The food and service was exceptional. King salmon cooked perfectly and a sea bass ceviche that was oh so good. The grilled peppers were also exquisite. If you’re in Boston and looking for an alternative to some fixed menu thanksgiving drudgery, this is the spot.More infoOAK Long Bar + KitchenPrice: Expensive• undefined• Back Bay•4.5

- OOliviavipGreater Boston •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a delightful meal at Tresca. The space is open, not elbow to elbow and you can actually have a conversation! Food is fresh, honest and flavorful, with new and classic dishes to suit everyone. But the standout is the excellent and attentive service; what a great team and the owner is there making sure all goes smoothly. We are local and have eaten many times in the North End and Tresca is like being with family. Bravo!More infoTrescaPrice: Expensive• Italian• North End•4.7
- GGaylevipGreater Boston •17 reviews5.0Dined on 22 Nov 2024This was our first visit to Buttery. We had difficulty getting to the restaurant as their is only residential parking in the area and we are not from the area. It was also raining so we got soaked getting there. But none the less, the dinner was wonderful. Our entrees of a hummus burger and salad as well as the deep fried cod and fries were great. We also had an apple tart for dessert as well as some huge focasia bread which was a meal in itself. All good. We definitely will visit a gain in the future. I need suggestions for parking since I am handicapped.More infoSouth End ButteryPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• South End•4.5
