We opened The 3rd BluWater Bistro location in the Leschi neighborhood on March 13, 2004. Mick McHugh handed the reigns over to us after 22 successful years of running the Leschi Lake Café. With a slight remodel we cozy'd up the place, added some fantastic rollback windows, high back booths, some flat screen TV's, and leather furniture by the fireplace. The menu reflects all the goodness that a cozy bistro should offer, including the ever famous & popular "Lake Side Café" Fish and Chips... gotta keep the neighborhood happy. My second time at Bis for lunch. Both times, I ordered the lobster roll because it is so good! Better than the lobster we had in New England. My friend ordered the burger, which she loved. Our waitress was darling, very attentive, and helpful. I look forward to returning.

Loved the food and the presentation, Would have enjoyed more goat cheese with my beet salad. Having 1 Tablespoon of goat cheese left me wanting more. Bolognese was incredible Having the option for adding parm would have been great! Tomato soup was a star! Coffee was also great (from a coffee snob). Wished I would've asked for a to go cup on this cold winter day.

We ordered the green bean appetizer and it was light but very tasty. For the main course I ordered a pesto based shrimp pasta and it was delicious. They are always on point with their pasta dishes.
