Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Tolar

Fantastic experience overall. Food was exquisite, thoughtful and well composed. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better meal. Drink selection didn’t feel as up to par as the food menu. Basic options. Bathroom is up an entire flight of winding stairs which is fine, but be cautious in heels. They were out of toilet paper, so that felt overlooked. Bar with live music ramped up toward the end of our dinner but wasn’t overly loud and soundly lively as we were exiting.

Katie, our server was fantastic! It was so personable and gave great recommendations. We got the Rockefeller oysters, trout dip, parmesan crusted fish, and USDA prime rib. 10/10

Excellent service, great atmosphere. My wife and I went for the first time. Managers came to check on us and it was delightful as they genuinely wanted to make our experience better and not bother us. Food was amazing, could not have been better. We will be coming back very soon.

have not been here for a long, long time, probably before Covid. The almond crested trout is just as sublime as it was then. Perfectly cooked. The potatoes though a generous amount were OK at best. A truly unique, up scale experience with Mexican fare and delicious drinks. The tequila and mezcal list was extensive, and the dining was one of a kind. The menu is not long, but what they serve is done so well. A little pricey for the portion size. Highly recommend for a unique and upscale dining experience. I will be back next time I’m in the Dallas Design District.
