- EEdwardPhoenix / Arizona •30 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHad the opportunity to take my daughter, her husband and their French foreign exchange student to dinner with my wife and I. All three are vegetarian while my wife and I are not. Everyone was able to find exceptional dishes that exceeded their expectations. This has become one of our favorite restaurants in Phoenix and its proximity to Sky Harbor makes for a great place to take folks from out of town when arriving in the late afternoon or early evening. Never disappointsMore infoOcotilloPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Downtown Phoenix•4.5
- WWilliamCentral Kentucky •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoOur experience at J&G Steakhouse was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated with top-notch hospitality. Becky, our server, was not only attentive but also kind, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the evening even more enjoyable. The food? Absolutely unforgettable. The heirloom salad and tuna tartare were standout dishes—I can’t stop thinking about them, especially the incredible Russian dressing. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, and the sticky toffee pudding we had for dessert was the perfect sweet ending to a phenomenal meal. We were so impressed that we’ve already planned to return during our stay. J&G Steakhouse is truly a must-visit!More infoJ&G Steakhouse Scottsdale at The PhoenicianPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Old Town Scottsdale•4.8
- IIvorvipPhoenix / Arizona •10 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoAs a frequent diner at Tarbell's, I can say that it is consistently outstanding. Unlike other top restaurants in Phoenix, Tarbell's menu changes frequently, and the new additions are always amazing. Last night, I had a lobster salad that I had not seen on the menu before, and it was superb. They keep some standard items around all the time -- amazing steaks (try the peppered NY Strip), but if you blink, you may miss the soft shell crabs or oysters that are only served when they can be their best. We come in often and are always pleasantly surprised. Amazing wine list as well. Barrell-aged cocktails are fabulous. Mikey, the mixologist, crafts the best cocktails. Don't forget about the brick oven pizza and Mark's meatballs, which are amazing. Service is always attentive, professional, and friendly. Basically, I consider Tarbell's to be the best restaurant in Phoenix/Scottsdale. I have been to every "five-star" restaurant in town. We have become quite a foodie locale, so that's a big compliment.More infoTarbell'sPrice: Expensive• American• Biltmore•4.8
- NNormavipPortland / Oregon •27 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoIt was awkward at first when we arrived, but the server did everything in her power to make it right. We booked our reservation here because it was advertised as having a view but it fell short on that. The food was very good and for that we would go back. Compliments to the chef.More infoMowry & CottonPrice: Moderate• undefined• Old Town Scottsdale•4.5
