- NNicholasSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined todayEverything was great, the food was amazing. The restaurant was a bit loud, but that was ok due to the the quality of the food. My only issue and maybe I am being cheap or just used to a second cup of coffee complimentary but they changed everyone at the table for a second cup of coffee. But nothing was said, it was just assumed that we should know that. Again maybe just used to it, the wait staff should alert the customer if that is the case. Other than that it was a wonderful meal for my birthday.More infoPark Tavern on Washington SquarePrice: Expensive• Californian• North Beach•3.5
- AAlissaToronto / Ontario •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoDinner for two. The excellent service starts at the door with the friendly hosts. About 4-5 persons placed our plates down throughout the night and each of them were so particular, they ensured that the silverware was changed between each course and our glasses were always full. They were open to questions, made suggestions and very patient. We chose our own five courses ($173 each) and everything was good. However, the best items of the night were the glazed oysters, the lobster with mashed potatoes, the seafood risotto, the scallops with Japanese sweet potato and French toast. Those were amazing and if I go back that’s what I’d order again! Other items that we had were the tuna tartare, quail, filet mignon, duck and crème brûlée. They also brought out a happy birthday cake for me at the end. Amazing restaurant, amazing service. One of the top 5 that I’ve been to in terms of food and service.More infoGary DankoPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Fisherman's Wharf•4.8
