Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Lakeview / East Lakeview

From our drinks to dessert everything was wonderful! The Valentine's Day special Cupidity cocktail and Negroni w/ heart shaped ice cube were great. Nathan was our server who was so nice, personable and knowledgable! Picked out a great wine to go with our dinner. Started w/ a light and not overpowering Caeser Salad. We had a Valentine's Day special - the porterhouse for 2 and was delicious! Cooked to perfection and so tasty! It came with a side of great garlic mashed potatoes. Had tiramisu for dessert and was great as well. Can't beat Mordacai for a solid meal, great ambience and right across the street from Wrigley Field!

Farm Bar has become one of my favorite restaurants over the years, we live in the neighborhood and it's always our go to. Great staff, great service, just a great overall vibe. 

Excellent Valentine experience, excellent service by all staff who were very friendly from reception throughout to waiter service. The valentine package was special and personal great idea by Nomi. Rafael was great! We had a lovely Monday evening dinner with some family from out of town and from town, ha. Beautiful atmosphere, great cocktail menu, stylish decor, creative plates.

10/10 experience!! Ashton was our server and I’m glad we got waited on by him!!! Such a cool person and he did an amazing job!! I brought my girlfriend here for an early Valentine’s Day celebration and I don’t regret it at all. We loved the ambiance and especially the food. We started off with the Costera Guacamole and it was amazing I love the little spice it had. For entrees she had the Pollo al horno and I had the Carne asada cooked medium well and we shared a side of French fries and Arroz con Frijoles. We enjoyed everything the carne was so juicy and tender we enchilada that was included was very good as well I loved the sweet molé. I pretty much cleaned up the plate. For desserts we got surprised by Ashton with a mango sorbet and it was delicious thanks again Ashton !! We also had the Coconut flan and it was absolutely delicious as well!!! We will definitely be back and ask for Ashton !!
