Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Victoria

An inspirational evening. Each course is so meticulously and yet effortlessly prepared and presented. The flavours dance across your tongue and entertain the senses. There is a rich history in this area and that is not lost in the food, in fact it is intertwined in the DNA of the menu. This is not my first visit, and it won't be my last. The seasonal menu means I can return to be dazzled many times. A night to remember!!

We were warmly greeted by our server, Cassandra who kindly wished our 92 year old aunt a very happy birthday which made her feel very special. Overall, service was great, table was perfect, food was excellent and most importantly our Aunt felt properly celebrated. Thank-you Cassandra and the rest of the crew for making the day extra special for her.

We really enjoyed the unique drinks, the delicious West Coast inspired food and the atmosphere! We will definitely come back again!
