Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Water Mill

Our evening at The Waterlot was wonderful from beginning to end! We were 2 couples. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. Both couples had the Caesar salad for 2 for an app which was prepared at the table-excellent! My husband and I both had the beef tenderloin (mine with a delicious blue cheese crust)—they perfectly cooked. We had sides of fries, roasted potatoes and steamed mixed vegetables and all were great for sharing among the 4 of us. The other couple had short ribs and cod and were very happy with their choices. We finished the evening off by sharing the delicious carrot cake for dessert. We are so glad that the Waterlot is back —we will definitely be going back!

R'AIRE Is a rare find in the Hamptons. Delicious, quality, locally sourced food and a varied menu served in a calm, understated setting. Our favorite!!!!

Neighborhood gem - lots of locals (we were not) and reminded me of the taverns/bars of the 70's/80's. We felt very comfortable there.
