The menu features their explorations of ingredients, dishes and drinks from around the world, inspired by the culinary history and diversity around us. The wine list is set out chronologically, following the historic beginnings of wine to present day, with over 350 wines from classic producers to the New World, as well as acknowledging the root of viti-vinoculture with wines from Georgia, Armenia and Turkey. As well as the welcoming main dining room, Trivet has a terrace, wine bar and private dining space. Roast has a great internal set up, above the Borough market and have decorated the space well. It’s light with tall ceilings so feels open & expansive. Food was good quality, pricier than I remembered but worth it and I enjoyed the pork belly, cauliflower, creamed spinach and crumble. Servings were generous and service attentive. I’d recommend & will come again.

We celebrated our dating anniversary at The Ivy Asia, Chelsea, it was an amazing experience: the location was very easy to find, the atmosphere in the restaurant has been breath taking the attention to detail was impressive all dishes have been presented with grace and taste. I had the Salmon Teriakey and my partner had the BBQ pork belly, both dishes tasted DEVINE!!!! Stuffed aubergine , side dish was best aubergine we ever tasted, I wish there was a main dish consisting in that , it was a delight! For desert we had Samurai, a dish consisting in ice cream chocolate mousse brownies and brownie crumbs a sweet and consistent desert, enough for two people, definitely enough for sharing. Complementary we were offered Mochi ice cream with a Happy Anniversary message on a chocolate pice! It was an experience we both enjoyed very much and we look forward to our next visit to London to come back to The Ivy Asia ! Thank you very much!

My wife and I are both chefs and try to avoid the disappointment of chefs trying too hard without the basic skills. Trinity stands out as one of our truly memorable meals. As a former Michelin star winner myself it is sometimes hard not to find fault however in this case flawless. First class on all levels
