- AandrewvipPhoenix / Arizona •10 reviews5.0Dined todayLobster tempura, rock shrimp, warm mushroom salad, and yellowtail sashimi were amazing. The sushi was well above average. The atmosphere was great, the servers (even those passing by) were phenomenal. The one sticky point: The Nobo-rita is a very good drink but $65 is double its value. Overall, I'll be back and I'll bring others.More infoNobu ScottsdalePrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Old Town Scottsdale•4.7
- RRossvipSeattle / Eastern Washington •9 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe have been to Cafe Monarch once a year for the past few years for a special night. It never disappoints. The setting, both inside and out, are subtly elegant, the service is knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive, and the food is fabulous, creative and an experience. Now it is definitely not cheap but we continue to go back because it is such a wonderful and special dining experience. My wife and I are gluten free due to intolerances but they were able to accommodate all of our choices. We certainly couldn't go there regularly but, for a special night out, I don't think it could be beat.More infoCafe MonarchPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Old Town Scottsdale•4.9
- BBrianPhoenix / Arizona •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoSpectacular 7-course seasonal tasting menu of perfectly-prepared, artfully-presented small dishes with an overall theme of The Alps. This was a wonderful gourmet meal without being overly pretentious (i.e., no over-the-top molecular gastronomy or long stories about impossibly-sourced ingredients you've never heard of). Rather, Chef Oppold and his team led us on a culinary journey through the Alpine regions of Switzerland, Austria, Bavaria and Tyrol, with creative interpretations of familiar foods of the region.More infoCoursePrice: Very Expensive• American• Central Scottsdale•4.8
- MMeilingvipPhoenix / Arizona •8 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoIf you’re looking for a restaurant with an amazing vibe, Uchi is a must-visit. The atmosphere is chic and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. The ingredients are impressively fresh, and the flavor combinations are unique and expertly crafted. Every dish feels meticulously prepared with incredible attention to detail. We tried their happy hour special—a 10-course tasting menu for just $120 for two people—and it was absolutely worth it. Each dish was a delightful surprise, full of creativity and balanced flavors. The pork belly skewer with green sauce was a standout, perfectly tender with a vibrant, savory kick. Overall, Uchi is the perfect place for an elevated dining experience without breaking the bank, especially during happy hour. Highly recommended!More infoUchi ScottsdalePrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Central Scottsdale•4.8
