- AAngelaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was great and the wine was even better. The best dish was the pig ears, but the Iberico ham,.while pricey, shouldn't be missed especially paired with the pan de tomate. I already can't wait to go back.More infoCasa MonoPrice: Very Expensive• Spanish• Union Square•4.7
- LLizNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI went for brunch. Between the 4 of us we tried 3 cocktails, 3 appetizers and 4 entrees. Everything was beautifully plated, and delicious. And I love that food is locally sourced. I had a Manhattan, shared roasted potatoes and wings, and had Shrimp & grits. Would get them all again. But the Chicken & waffles, and Short rib Benedict were also tempting. We will definitely be returning for brunch, plus happy hour and/or dinner in the near future.More infoThe Restaurant at Great Jones Distilling CoPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• NoHo•4.8

Many places don't allow you to sit until your entire party is there, and that alone was much appreciated, as we got to sit down, ordered champagne and relaxed while we waited for our last guest to arrive. They wouldn't allow us to order until the entire party was there, not even appetizers, however, at the same time, they didn't rush us either, so we totally understood wanting not to overwhelm the kitchen with orders at separate times. The waiter kept checking in on us, not in a rushing way, more to ask if we had questions about the menu, or if we needed more drinks. It was a delightful night, food was delicious and we'll be back!More infoBabbo RistorantePrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Greenwich Village•4.4
- WwhiskyloverVIPNew York City •13 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI want to shout from the rooftops about this extraordinary gem in NYC's Lower Manhattan - just a stone's throw from City Hall. The general manager of a midtown restaurant recommended we try it because of its extensive collection of Chartreuse and great wine list. To enjoy a dinner with rare 1960s and even a sip of an even earlier bottling of the French liquer would have been worth the trek from UES, but the food alone overseen by head chef John was brilliantly conceived and full of flavor. Each dish was lovingly crafted and presented professionally by the team at Chambers. The divine tuna and equisitely dressed kohlrabi salad were wonderful starters, but the halibut with sunchokes and cheese gnudi entrees were delicious. Desserts, prepared in front of us at the kitchen counter seating, were amazing finales to start iur new year obsession with this special restaurant. We cannot wait to return often as we understand that the menu changes often even though the sommelier in chief's wine list remains a constant that will impress most connoisseurs.More infoChambersPrice: Very Expensive• American• TriBeCa•4.9
