- DDianaWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe attention to detail one would expect from a Michelin star restaurant! The flavors were delectable and the harmony between them felt like love. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience dining at Causa, and it was the perfect restaurant to celebrate our anniversary.More infoCausaPrice: Very Expensive• Peruvian• Shaw•4.9
- DDevinaWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined on 26 Dec 2024We did a 14 course vegan tasting menu. The presentation and explanation were interesting and welcoming. Every new plate was an exciting innovation of familiar flavors in ways we had not seen before. Highly recommended to all who enjoy food in all facets, like taste, presentation, and story!More infoMitaPrice: Very Expensive• Latin American• Washington•4.9
- RRobWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Dec 2024We went to Jont two years ago and it was spectacular then and I wasn’t sure how they could improve. However, this visit was off the charts and I’m not sure why they don’t have three Michelin stars yet. We have been to 30 Michelin stars worth of restaurants globally so we have a pretty good perspective. Chef Ryan was in the kitchen (which you essentially sit at a bar adjacent to) the whole time and he came over and spent some time with us which was very cool. The staff is funny, friendly and well informed. I got the special Waygu Zabuton in lieu of chicken and it was probably the best steaks I’ve ever had. Sometimes these type restaurants get a little too eclectic with one or two dishes, and that wasn’t the case here. Every dish wowed our family. In fact, my wife ate Uni for the first time (having passed on it before) and loved it. We feel fortunate to have this spot in DC and can’t wait to go back.More infoJôntPrice: Very Expensive• French / Japanese• U Street Corridor•4.9
- KKarlaSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024Amazing. The taste was wonderful, every dish was very good. The wine also is so good. Cocktails are good, but not amazing, presentation of cocktails is quite normal. But the food, attention and wine was so good. I definitely recommend it. The taste the Christmas menu and was so good. And the pasta with cheese for my little one also wonderfulMore infoBrescaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary French / American• U Street Corridor•4.7
