HRB is a modern Hand Roll Bar inspired by Japanese traditions, flavors and techniques. Our concept was created to provide an experience showcasing Japanese produce and delicacies. HRB Hand Rolls are carefully prepared using a special nori (seaweed) form Ariake Bay in Japan. Speaking of which.... we recommend eating the Hand Rolls right away as nori begins to lose its crispiness once in contact with oxygen. Our rice is known as one of the best short grain rice varieties in the world and we like it warm to reveal the vinegar notes and strike balance with the temperature of the fish . I left my black leather gloves on a two-two at Terra's patio on 12/25 about 10:00 P.M. I've called and called. I've emailed. I even made faux reservations with the hope that the hostess will read and do something. What's wrong with people in hospitality today? Does the fish stink from the head down in this case?

We had the pre fixe menu on Christmas Day. The food was phenomenal and the space was gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience and would recommend this place for special occasions. The wait for our food was on the longer side, but it was Christmas Day so I presume it was due to being short staffed on a busy dining day.

Be aware they only cook meat one way— warm throughout. I don't eat rare meat and they could not make me a filet. Service was amazing
