Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in East Colfax

Delicious apps: salad, carpaccio & focaccia. Lobster pasta & lamb ragù were spot on. Cocktails & wine were lovely. Definitely recommend

This was our first time dining at Barolo Grill. From the welcoming ambience, to the attentive staff, we were thoroughly impressed! There was a group of six of us, the food came out fresh and hot for everyone, and it was one of the best meals we’ve had! My husband said the only place Barlo fell short, was not giving him 15 of their fresh, homemade rolls lol. The wine selection is second to none, and the selections were explained to us carefully. We loved the four course option, my husband and I could get different things so we were able to try different dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious! It’s always a great idea coming to Matsuhisa. The food is amazing, impeccable service and atmosphere. I really like that although they did have the TV’s on for the nuggets game they hide out of sight after it was done (I don’t like upscale dinning with the feeling of a sports bar). Highly recommend the Mocchi cake for dessert and the Adam roll (not on the menu).

Our most recent return to The Wolf's Tailor is the first time I've been since they have done away with the a la carte menu. (I still miss that and would love to sit at the bar once again with a pasta and cocktail.) But, the tasting experience today is outstanding. All killer no filler when it comes to the courses, with many highlights (Dungeness, pasta, both bison dishes, sorbet course and squab). Service was warm and provided an appropriate amount of explanation. Will definitely be returning.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Le Colonial. Everything from check-in to dessert was perfection. The atmosphere was chic and warm. The service was impeccable and every dish we had was fresh, flavorful and downright delicious. I could eat the Papaya Salad and Beef Ravioli every day. Most of all, we never felt rushed which lends to a lovely dining experience.
