Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of minimalism, the interior of Nomiya is split between a hickory-accented bar and windowed dining room framed by black granite walls. Guests can pair their meal with one of the eleven premium bottles of sake listed on the menu, such as the unfiltered, cream-colored Yuki Tora Snow Tiger nigori or bright, effervescent Uka Junmai Daiginjo; or opt for a refreshing cocktail made with soju – the national drink of Korea which is commonly distilled from potato. Absolutely wonderful time at ITA Kitchen! The food was fantastic. We started off with the mozzarella appetizer that was made at our table followed by a Spicy Rigatoni dish for me and the veal chop (the night’s special) for my boyfriend. Both meals were absolutely incredible and we both ended up sharing from each other’s plates. I had an espresso martini flight for dessert that was delicious. The wait staff was excellent and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Very good omakase experience. The chef was very nice and communicative about what he was serving. Patient with our desire to take videos and pictures. Food was very fresh and larger portions than other places. The wagyu beef was worth the added price. The omakase was in the back away from the general restaurant which seems to be filled up as well.

Delicious shrimp scampi, pasta pomodoro and Halibut special. Appts were so tasty and the cheese and bruschetta were heavenly! An all around wonderful experience.
