Totally awesome! Arancini Cacio e Pepe con Tartufi - OMG Pasta e Fagioli - wife said THE BEST EVER! Tortellini di Ricotta in Brodo - yum Osso Buco - really good! Pappardelle Mimmo - oh boy! Lobster Pomodoro - wife was beyond impressed! She bought Pomodoro sauce before we left! Passione Pistachio Dessert - super tasty Tiramisu Dessert … going back for the Bronzino, Lasagna alla Gino and so much more!! THANK YOU 🙏

Amazing and tantalizing flavors! The lobster salad with spicy lemon dressing was spot on! As were the oysters and Nobu sauces that accented the oysters! And most incredible dessert, white chocolate pot de crème that tasted like the beautiful Japanese cherry blossoms if you would imagine eating one!!

It’s one thing to go into a restaurant, it’s another feeling when the restaurant belongs to Gordon Ramsay. I Have been to other Gordon restaurants, however; I could feel the attention to plating, atmosphere, and I could taste what Chef Ramsey has taught his chefs. With that said, the Beef Wellington is amazing, cooked to perfection, the puff pastry on the beef crispy, with a nice medium rare steak. The lobster risotto, was smooth and delicious. Octopus with the sauces is amazing. Golden beets salad fresh and the crème is excellent. Make sure you choose your seating early, in 2021 is when I found out you have to book early, and I mean

Honestly it was the best meal of my life. From the food, to the service, the view, if you pay for the window which I personally believe was worth it, overlooking the formula 1 track (temporary) and bellagio fountains, the luxurious design of the restaurant, the presentation from getting off the elevator to being seated at your table, just exceeded my already high expectations for the place. It's worth the price, and I believe actually a great value for an unforgettable experience. Thank you to everyone that works there. I appreciate you.

Party all day at this place. The vibe is so energetic with the DJ playing music. Upbeat ambiance. Food is delicious! We ordered Vodka Pasta, Salmon Mezze, Steak & Eggs, and Soppressata Pizza. The modern beach style is fantastic. Very instagramable❤️
