Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Long Grove

We celebrated a birthday yesterday and had a wonderful meal. Everything was delicious! We aren’t big on seafood so for an app we went with prosciutto wrapped mozzarella which was so good! For our entrees we went with the filet mignon with asparagus and mashed potatoes and it was perfect. We were taken care of by Michael, who was so friendly and maintained a wonderful pace for our meal. We’ll definitely be back again!

We had a reservation but they were running a little behind. The atmosphere was energetic and festive and we enjoyed a fine wine at the bar and experienced the energy of the kitchen. When we were seated our cheerful waitress was right with us and ready to take our order. We shared the Barbabietola salad - and the Salsiccia Rossa. Both were outstanding! We will be back!

Service and food were outstanding. We all felt very special and will come again soon!

2 of us agreed best fish n’ chips ever. Shepherds Pie fantastic as always. 1 pound pretzel & cheese dip appetizer was wonderful. Server, Gavin was a hoot! Will ask for him again next time.

Food was delicious and eclectic with many options across ethnic global cuisine and large portions. Service was a bit slow for an empty restaurant but that made me believe the food was all freshly prepared. Hope to be back again. The Caesar with Tandoori dressing and Hummus Slate with unique types of humus and fresh veggies and pita were my favorites.
