Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Punta Las Marias

This was our second time coming here. The first time we came to Marmalade was in or around February of 2022. It was our first experience in a fine dining restaurant. We were not disappointed. Since then, we have been only to one other fine-dining restaurant besides Marmalade, but it just doesn’t compare to this one. Marmalade is more intimate, the food here is exceptional, and when we went last night we personally enjoyed it more this second time around. The tiny bean soup, the lamb, the popcorn shrimp, the organic beef tartar with the truffles (we had truffles!) was all absolutely delicious. The desserts are so creative and unlike anything I’ve ever had in my life before. A lot of complexity, beautiful presentations, savory…absolutely the best! I have a hard time believing I would be able to find a better fine dining experience with good value as Marmalade!

So far, this is the best meal I’ve had during my vacation in Puerto Rico. Great service, nice ambiance.

Every bite was extraordinary, from the amuse-bouche to dessert. The creative play on Puerto Rico’s local flavors was a delightful fusion of tradition and innovation. Tabu was an outstanding experience. My husband & I booked the Tomahawk dinner and it was amazing the quality of the food you can tell how much Chef Luis loves his craft. Dinner was top tier. Mary was our server and she gave an outstanding service. She was so accommodating and present during the whole dinner course! Tabu is a must visit not just because of how high quality the food is but the shows are sensual and erotic very classy!! Will definitely be back 20/10!
