Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Rampart Casino

Our first time, and it won’t be our last!! We moved from Chicago last year, and loved our higher end Italian restaurant (s) - it’s Chicago…so there are lots!! Amari definitely would fit in! The daily specials looked amazing! We started with Caesar’s Salad and Carpaccio. Both were excellent! There were four of us dining. We had : Lasagna, Boar Bolognese, Lobster Ravioli and chicken piccata. All were served beautifully and were sooo tasty!! For dessert we had 3 Tiramisu lol They have an extensive wine menu. We had a blended red and their house Sauvignon Blanc. This is NOT your local Olive Garden or Bucca….expect to pay for a high quality meal. I can’t wait to come back!

we went in for a quick dinner, my wife had the beet salad and it was outstanding, then she had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup for a main course, we have had the soup previously and it did not disappoint in any manner!!! i had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup as well and the Smoked Salmon Tartare,. the Tartare was a disappointment for sure, the salmon was diced very coarsely (big chunks) and many pieces had gristle in them, will not order that dish again. In addition, the "rice chips" were bland and mostly hard to swallow and did not pair well with salmon at all. As always, the service was splendid and friendly like always.

Awesome experience. Delicious food and drinks! Some how I just found out about this place, I have a go to steak restaurant however that may change soon. I love a fancy dining experience that is still down to earth and not snooty. The food, drinks, service and ambiance should speak for the quality of the place and it did just that!!! I found out about their happy hour 4-6 at the bar and I WILL BE THERE! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

We were there for a special Christmas menu. Very well priced for a very nice meal. The prime rib was gorgeous, as were the mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. The yorkshire pudding was -- unfortunately -- an overcooked and brittle shell. A misstep that didn't ruin the meal by any means, but it's not something that's often offered on American menus and I'd been looking forward to it as a component. Outstanding service -- the staff are always great at Honey Salt.

Hands down best bread and garlic oil! Beat marsela I have ever had. Service was so friendly.
