- PPeterVIPWashington, D.C. Area •16 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe've been coming to Ada's ever since it opened. Yesterday evening was wonderful - Dominique was our server, and he has been working there for quite a while now. He was terrific - we wanted out crabcakes with just some greens underneath, and without the leeks, and he was able to accomodate us. His service was first-rate, and the cocktails and crabcakes were great. Ada's has always been good every time we go.More infoAda's on the RiverPrice: Moderate• American• Old Town Alexandria•4.7

Jenna was our server and took great care of us and even included a special card to celebrate my birthday, before, bringing me a special dessert with candle. Thr manager checked in several times and the food was on point through every course! If you have a chance - Go!!!More infoThe MajesticPrice: Moderate• American• Alexandria•4.5

Really had a fantastic table and the Farmer's table deal is an absolute steal. Reminded me of great nights in Europe.More infoVermilion - AlexandriaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Old Town Alexandria•4.7
- MMarshaVIPWashington, D.C. Area •83 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoMy niece and I had a lovely dinner. I asked for a quiet table as it can be pretty noisy at Josephine. We were seated at the very back, and it made conversation easy. Our waiter was excellent. I have multiple dietary restrictions and he helped me to choose. I had the trout, which was very tasty. My niece had the scallops, which she loved. She had vanilla ice cream for dessert and I had the mixed berry sorbet. Both are housemade and delicious. I've been to Josephine a number of times and appreciate that the menu changes seasonally. A nice touch was the manager stopping by to check on us.More infoJosephine - Old TownPrice: Expensive• French• Alexandria•4.7
- MMarkVIPWashington, D.C. Area •7 reviews4.0Dined on 13 Dec 2024Wonderful small restaurant in Old Town Alexandria with great food and good service, but with a huge caveat. Portions are a little small for the price being paid … but my major complaint is the ridiculous noise level, especially for a place called “the Study“. No noise absorbing materials, such as carpets, curtains or ceiling tiles. This has to be one of the noisiest small places I’ve ever dined at. This is my second time and nothing has changed. As a local resident, I will not be back, nor will I recommend this place.More infoThe StudyPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Alexandria•4.9
