Best Romantic Restaurants in Alhambra

The food was excellent and the Bloody Mary spicy as promised. I was impressed when the hostess reseated us when a table in a quieter section became available. We hadn’t even asked but it was clear two older ladies would appreciate a more secluded spot.

This lovely restaurant never fails to please. I had dinner there last night with a friend from out of town. She had the rabbit on the menu, and it was delicious. Rabbit is NEVER easy to find on any menu or in the markets. So it was a real treat. I had to Branzino and it was also wonderful.

Very busy, but we were well-tended bu Jenny. The food and tea were delicious.

This was our first time as a family having our Thanksgiving meal away from home. The entire experience was very special, intimate, food was delicious, servers, music outstanding, vibe perfect…we sat outside on garden patio. It was heaven! (The weather was 73 and sunny!)… The only reason I did not give a 5 for service was ONLY because it was Thanksgiving Day and it seemed they might have been slightly short staffed, however, the servers were delightful and working VERY hard. They just could have had a few more which would assist with getting drinks/water refreshed or other incidentals. I highly recommend The Raymond as a must experience restaurant if you’re looking if for a garden, romantic, historical, beautiful restaurant with amazing food choices, located in Pasadena.

Ignacio, the manager, was a delight. Our experience on Thanksgiving day was wonderful. The food was amazing and so was the presentation. We were going to be seated on the patio, but the manager was kind enough to seat us inside instead. Ignacio brought my mother an alcoholic beverage for her birthday and even brought her a slice of birthday cake. The souvenir lavender candle was also very thoughtful. We would definitely come back again. This was a good choice to spend our holiday brunch there.
