Best Romantic Restaurants in Carol Stream

Very nice experience. Service was prompt, attentive and helpful. Food was excellent. Only complaint was shrimp cocktail was a little over cooked. They were somewhat rubbery. It's a minor point.

Since it is a tapas restaurant there is a wide variety to chose ftom. We usually order a cold tapas and then hot. Save room for dessert.

If you want to be extra pampered, go to Eddie Merlot's, Warrenville. Every bit of indulgence from the shrimp cocktails thru filets cooked to perfection with sides of sautéed mushrooms and mashed potatoes and lobster plus drinks. Then top it off with their chocolate cake that's out of this world to finish off two birthday celebrations! The added plus was Phillipe was our waiter and wait on the four of us he did with outstanding care and information. We will definitely go back and soon-that's if our waistlines can handle it. AND we hope Phillipe will take care of us again. BTW--the beautiful decor is stunning and a breath of elegance to satisfy a wonderful change from stsrk and sterile.

Quaint little place. It feels like you walked into your family’s home as they are so welcoming and service is amazing. www have tried many things on the menu and not a single one disappoints.

Always a wonderful place to go for dinner. Smart and cozy, with a great French wine selection, good food, and a kind staff. And the iconic Judy Robinson and her husband were there to entertain us with some awesome jazz!
