One of the best meals I’ve had in Orlando and I’ve dined at the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton. Johnny was amazing. He was attentive yet not intrusive. He gave amazing recommendations and made my 5 year old feel like a princess. The Sea Bass was delicious as were the scallops. We also ordered the Short Rib lasagna which was equally as good. This was an amazing meal that we raved about later. I highly recommend visiting Firenze and ask for Johnny!

Ivan when above and beyond and respond to our questions from the drinks and menu and Maribel as well was always ahead providing us our table needs!! We stumbled upon this place over a month ago after an exhausting day at Universal. We knew right away we were going back when we came at Christmas time. Had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. Everyone loved their meals! NY strip, salmon, fettuccini Alfredo, chicken Marsala and my all time favorites were the butternut squash ravioli & bruschetta. Also had the same server both times. Excellent!

Terrific dining experience! This was not my first time there. I have to admit the food was equal too or above that I enjoyed in Italy. Easily put, great food, excellent staff, comfortable decor, low noise level, expensive but worth it. Not a restaurant to overlook.
