At La Française Bistrot, we bring Family back to the Family ski town, by being one of the only family-operated businesses in Summit County. From father, mother, daughter and son-in-law, we share the best of what our family loves and cherishes: good food, good wine and a good time. We do limit our seating times to 1h30mins for parties of 2, 1h45mins for 3-4 people and 2 hours for larger parties. If you expect your seating time to be longer, please make your reservation for later time slots so that everyone gets to enjoy our restaurant without being rushed! We have a 15-minute grace period & charge $10/person for no-shows or day of cancellations. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we no longer accept online reservations for parties of 8 or more.     We weren’t sure what to expect because the name is a little odd/confusing… but once we got in there it was an excellent experience! We dined in with 6 adults. Started at the bar and then had dinner at a table. Everything was delicious, high quality, and unique. Highly recommend the deviled eggs and country biscuit ham board for apps and the short rib, shrimp and grits (proper southern grits!), or the butchers choice for dinner. Service was top notch - atmosphere was cozy and well done. All around a great night out.

    We were at Bistro North to celebrate a birthday. We were greeted with a happy birthday and led to our table where a birthday card signed by many was waiting. Our server was excellent and the manager, Jessica came over to introduce herself and to wish a happy birthday. Our meal of fresh mahi mahi and beef Wellington were both excellent. We shared a molten chocolate dessert with a complimentary glass of Prosecco. I would highly recommend Bistro North.
