Best Romantic Restaurants in Santa Ana Pueblo

Blades Bistro is an intimate setting in a rural location. It boasts one of the most experienced and accomplished chefs in this area. The steak au poivre rivals similar dishes I have eaten at the best restaurants in France, New York, and California. The pasta dishes are delicious. Salads are uniformly wonderful. My daughter got the Bistro Salad and asked as a dressing for the same sauce that was being served on salmon filet. My daughter is brilliant, and the chef is a master of sauces. Blades offers a selection of cocktails made with spirits brewed in New Mexico. The wine list at Blades in modest but everything is good. We like the minerally vouvray. Blades offers a very nice cabernet sauvignon by the glass. I could ask for a richer selection of pinot noirs, but whatever. Blades was out of the Grüne Veltliner, one of my favorite whites, but it will be back soon. The; entree prices are moderate -- maybe on the high side of moderate, but not expensive. The service is friendly and knowledgeable. Altogether, a supper at Blades Bistro is a wonderful way to end your day.

The wine and dine meal is a very good deal and the food was excellent!

Always great food & service at dinner here. Excellent wines by the glass. A bit on the noisy side, since surfaces are all hard. If you can get a table in the bar, noise level is much better.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! I got there a little earlier, but I was pleasantly welcomed and lead to the table. It is cozy inside. Christina, the server person, was sweet and kind, I had the empanadas and sea bass, which she said it was fresh and best. Sure enough, the fish was fluffy, seasoned perfectly, and mind you, it was HUGE. I was actually planning to indulge myself with mouth watering dessert, but I was too full, maybe next time!

We went for a Christmas dinner on Christmas Day & the food was AHmazing! The ambiance was nice & we also had excellent service. The chef made an amazing menu for dinner. Just excellent & a lovely meal.
