- AAntoinetteKansas City / Kansas •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe’ve been coming here for my husbands birthday for 5 years. My husband says they have the best steak out of all steakhouses in town! I always get the pork chop because I absolutely love it! Everything about them is wonderful from the food, to the service and the ambiance. We’ll be back next year I’m sure!!More infoJ. The dinner for 2 on Valentines day was delicious. Waiter Austin was attentive and fun.More infoHereford House - ShawneePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Shawnee•4.5

Because it’s a small room, people can choose to focus only on their group or enjoy one another’s company. We met a young couple having lunch there for the first time and exchanged our thoughts on favorite dishes. A lovely Valentine’s Day experience.More infoCafe ProvencePrice: Expensive• French American• Prairie Village•4.9
- MMasonKansas City / Kansas •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI had the grilled tuna as my main course and it was perfectly seasoned. The purple Japanese sweet potato really brought everything together! My girlfriend had the lobster tail with pasta and bacon, and she loved it too. The pasta had a sweet aftertaste that was delightful! She also did some wine sampling of the sweet wines. She liked them but for $15 you’ll only get 3 wines that are 1/3 full. We both then tried a tart pie that we didn’t really enjoy. The first bite tasted like raw orange peel, it was very bitter. The orange peel taste stays around but isn’t as extreme as the first bite. So if you don’t like tart, don’t get their tart pie (not the actual name but forgot the name).More infoWandering Vine at The CastlePrice: Expensive• American• Shawnee•4.6
- PPamelaKansas City / Kansas •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe went to Grand Street to celebrate my husband's birthday. Tried two appetizers -- the deviled bacon and eggs and the tuna tartare -- both were delicious. The side Caesar salads were prepared with fresh, crisp greens and just the right amount of dressing. Our entrees were all delicious and priced at what you'd expect. Our server, Piper, was pleasant and friendly. She was attentive without hovering. The Phyllo Brownie was served to the birthday boy and it was so yummy. We also had apple pie and it was quite tasty too. Will make a return visit!More infoGrand Street - LenexaPrice: Moderate• American• Lenexa•4.7
