We are very proud of our historic location, hence naming the restaurant after the year the world-famous Brooklands racetrack was built and opened. We have been award two AA rosettes for the past seven years.Our brand new 1907 Glasshouse has a floor to ceiling windows that can be fully retracted so you can simulate the experience of dining outside. For example, we use traditional European ingredients such as croissants to create sushi and pasta to create Japanese dishes.
