The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. Ceviches and sashimi style crudos are paired with local ingredients and asian inspired sauces to create a unique experience for Providenciales. Start with a mahi mahi ceviche in a thai red curry sauce before trying the sensational angus beef tartare with tobikko caviar.

    We love the food and atmosphere, but I was a little surprised the service wasn’t better. We don’t mind waiting a long time for food, but when my husband and daughter both had empty water glasses, I had to flag down one of the guys standing not far away from our table. The attentiveness to table service could have been better. Our server was fine but not particularly customer service oriented, or knew how to suggestive sell. It was kind of “I’m here to take your order” - which dampens the experience a titch. Beautiful restaurant though!

    We had an incredible experience at Infinity Restaurant—our second visit, and it was just as exceptional as the first. Our group included four adults and two 8-year-old kids, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. We celebrated my 50th birthday in their stunning outdoor setting, which truly elevated the evening. As someone who values atmosphere, I can confidently say this is by far the best restaurant in Turks and Caicos.
