Best Romantic Restaurants in West Roxbury

The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is always excellent. We had the swordfish special, which was delicious, and the scallops, also very good. This is definitely a restaurant that I like to bring guests to.

Cozy ambiance and delicious tapas with reasonable portions. Expensive but what we expected in this city and in line with similar establishments. Can check out menu online for comparisons…we left full which is something for our crew. We did order a fair number of tapas to try. Table favorites were the clams, garlic shrimp, fava beans, fried white fish, and dark chocolate truffles for dessert. I would 100% repeat the clams each time…so good! Service was well done and very attentive. Visiting our daughters who go to school in Boston and we choose different restaurants to try each visit. Thus far, this ranks as best tapas restaurant we have experienced in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. Unique and flavorful. Charred cabbage was exotic, the fish tacos perfect and the baby back ribs delicious. The butterscotch is to die for.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience last night at Sycamore celebrating our 1 year anniversary. We were greeted with warm smiles and 2 glasses of champagne by the owner, Brian. As non-drinkers, we kindly declined them but we were so thankful for the thoughtful gesture. We were sat down at our requested table to relive our first date which made for a special evening. Incredible service, delicious food, and romantic ambiance. We love Sycamore and can’t wait to come back again next year.

3 people 6 alcoholic drinks 12 items ordered $175 Everything was great, such a fun time. 2 of us had been there before, the third had never visited and by the end loved it. Would recommend groups of 2 or 3 makes it easier to cook and serve.
