Best Seasonal Restaurants in Broomfield

Really good food and service. We had the duck and French dip, Fantastic! I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known it was attached to a hotel. But that would have been a mistake. The ambiance was great and so was the service and food. The alcohol was top notch and perfectly proportioned.

This place is awesome. My only regret is living 5 minutes away for five years and not having gone sooner! Love that they have four mocktails and they aren’t all citrus-based. French onion was to die for! We got the special baked Brie and that was superb. Steaks were perfect. Can’t wait to try the happy hour mini beef wellingtons! Will be back much sooner than later. Our waiter, Chris, was also awesome!

Jason was fantastic. Explained everything well. Great sense of humor! Very good at working the table. Drinks never went empty. Good at getting to the table to ask if we ever needed anything. One of the better wait staff I have ever had in my life. Made the experience top notch. Hard to find great people that take pride in their work like this.

My husband and I went for Valentine’s dinner. They had 3menus to choose from. I chose the 3course valentine menu. The mini beef Wellingtons were outstanding. The Cesar salad was outstanding, the braised short ribs were outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly, flavors melded nicely and it was thoroughly enjoyable. My husband had the prime rib and it too was outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly! We have been to Flatz on multiple occasions in the past. It’s one of those hidden gems that you don’t realize is there but when you do, it’s a delight. It was a wonderful relaxing dinner that really dazzled our tastebuds. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed our evening at this restaurant. Food, drinks, and service were excellent. Tried a couple of newer menu dishes and found them to work very well.
