Best Seasonal Restaurants in Bryan

I recently visited Ronin to celebrate my anniversary, and I can confidently say it deserves every one of the five stars I’m giving it. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the perfect tone for our special evening. The service was amazing —attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced. Our server made excellent recommendations and ensured everything was flawless throughout the night. The food was wonderful. We started with an excellent chicken and risotto dish that was very tender and a juicy steak that was 16 ounces of medium rare perfection. We told our server we would be sharing, so she had the kitchen split our entrees for us. For dessert, we had brownies and crème brûlée which were both great. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted as amazing as it looked. The food was seasoned perfectly to accentuate the natural farm fresh flavors. To top it off, we shared a wonderful bottle of sparkling wine. The large selection of high quality wines added an extra layer of refinement to the experience. Ronin truly made our anniversary unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion—or just to treat yourself to an exceptional meal—this is the place!

The saxophone playing was a little loud in the dining room. The food was outstanding except for the brocccolini.

We have been to several Tapas bars in Spain, so we were excited to try one in our own backyard. We were not disappointed. Everything was wonderful. Noise level was moderate only because there was great live music. We will definitely return.

Jonathan, our waiter, made the experience even more enjoyable. He was extremely well read and traveled, and we had an interesting conversation.
