Best Seasonal Restaurants in Carlsbad

We LOVE this restaurant and have been here many times! They have excellent food and service. While we usually enjoy their seafood, today we had their Thanksgiving meal and it was very well made. The turkey was tender, the stuffing moist and flavorful, the cranberry sauce with just the right touch of citrus, the potatoes and turkey gravy the perfect tasty accompaniment. To start, there was a choice of clam chowder or organic greens. We all got the clam chowder and it was rich and wonderful! Dessert was a choice of pumpkin cheesecake or chocolate cake - both were good. We will never NOT recommend this place, it's the best!!

Outstanding Thanksgiving dinner! The staff went out of their way to make this a great experience for guests. The turkey and prime rib were both excellent and the candied yams may have been the best I have ever had dining out. We had never been here before and really enjoyed the museum after our meal. We will be returning again very soon. Thank you to the Green Dragon team for a very memorable experience.

Tony and Ray took great care of our table. We had a lovely dining experience, food was absolutely delicious and perfectly curated.

Great over-all with excellent service. Would have preferred a more varied menu with a couple of additional entrees- possibly a chicken option? and possibly a vegan option. Ceasar salad, bread and soup were very good~ and the flavored butters. A little chilly, but not bad considering is so open air inside. Savanah was a wonderful server xoxo
