Best Seasonal Restaurants in Bonnington

Thoroughly enjoyed our express lunch and took advantage of wine club £5 corkage. Looking forward to our next visit. Esther gave us fabulous, friendly service.

Simply devine from start to finish. Food combinations were exceptional. Wines were unique. Service was exceptional. Ambeonce and decor like a dark warm blanket of black and splashes of colour.

We booked for the festive afternoon tea, food was lovely, I’m very fussy and sandwich request was fulfilled (pre messaged restaurant). Cakes were tasty and the ivy craft beer washed it all down nicely. Staff were great & was a lovely atmosphere. thank you

This is not a cheap option for lunch, but for a special occasion or treat, it is one of my favourite places in Edinburgh. The food, service and ambience are consistently exceptional. Definitely need to book in advance. The phone was busy all lunchtime with people looking for a table that night but they were fully booked.

We had booked afternoon tea but their pastry oven had suddenly broken down so we were told in advance and decided to do lunch instead. On arrival we were greeted by Enrique who took us to a table with a beautiful view of Edinburgh and two complimentary glasses of fizz as an apology for not being able to provide the afternoon tea which was a nice touch. Our lunch was lovely and the Sticky toffee pudding was delicious with a decent dollop of ice cream too. We ordered the house champagne which was lovely. A lovely atmosphere and equally lovely attentive staff. I would recommend it and the afternoon tea as we have experienced it before.
