I have been to Stubborn Seed many times since learning about it two years ago. As excellent and noteworthy as the menu and service have typically been, last night was a step beyond. Literally, every item in the menu was interesting, beautifully presented, and having wonderful contrasts and subtleties. Really, a sublime experience.

It was my first time in Miami and I just stumbled upon this in my scooter ride. One of the best experiences and the best seafood I’ve had so far. The server was very nice and very fast. Which is an A+ for me in any setting. I sat outside and the view was incredible.

Was my bd celebration. The setting is just stunning/magical. The waitress was outstanding. The food was delicious and presentation was gorgeous. DJ added to the ambiance and the little show was a great touch.

From the very first bite to the last, each course showcased a beautiful balance of creativity and precision, leaving us in awe of the chef's attention to detail. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the mouth-watering tuna, which melted effortlessly on the tongue, offering a burst of rich, delicious flavor that lingered beautifully. Each dish was thoughtfully curated, with combinations that felt both creative and harmonious. It wasn’t just food; it was an experience that engaged all the senses. Beyond the food, the comforting service elevated the evening. Every staff member exuded warmth and knowledge, ensuring we felt at ease while guiding us through the menu's intricacies. It’s clear that this team takes immense pride in their craft. If you're looking for a flavorful and unforgettable culinary adventure, The Den is a must-visit.
