- RRobertSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAn excellent dinner on 12/15/2024! It started with a unique Winter Negroni that was delightful, Christmas in a glass. Great wine list. We shared the Thai Larb Lettuce Cups (had those here before) that were tasty and a large portion. We both got the special that was beef short ribs over gnocchi in a pomodoro sauce. It was exceptional! Our dinner concluded with the double dark chocolate brownie, which was wonderful! Service was similarly great!More infoBrix 25 RestaurantPrice: Expensive• American• Gig Harbor•4.7

- BBrentDenver / Colorado •1 review4.0Dined 7 days agoWe recently visited the Copper & Salt Northwest Kitchen on a weekday evening for a special occasion. The environment is very nice with a great view of the Sound! But during our visit a table was occupied by a single individual wearing headphones and working on a computer. Meanwhile our “special seating” was away from the window, and in part looking over the lone person working at a table for four. The staff was friendly and helpful, except for the bartender. She ignored me, then acknowledged me when I took another place on the other end of the bar, told me she’d be right back, and then ignored me long enough that I walked away and wasn’t served. Our dinner began with the House Whipped Ricotta, which was excellent! But beyond that, the meal we had wasn’t exceptional. We enjoyed our halibut and seafood buccatini, which were well prepared, but for this price, this review should reflect a much better experience. The Copper & Salt is a very good restaurant, but we’ll continue to look for a place for our special celebrations.More infoCopper & Salt Northwest KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• Tacoma•4.5
