- DDouglasVancouver / British Columbia •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoOutstanding and unpretentious service. Fabulously friendly and caring. The "Happy Days" menu certainly keeps the cost very reasonable, especially for this high a level of tasty dishes. Both pastas we had, "spicy vodka" and "bolo" (pork/beef ragu) were delicious. We took the bolo home for dinner and it heated up with no fuss nor muss. Microwaving it to reheat without any additions whatsoever and it was perfect!! The burger is fantastic, dripping with yummy sauce and melted American cheese. Fries cooked well and totally addictive. And the bang bang shrimp to start were cooked beautifully with a wonderful spice level and a fine textural crunch. We were happy campers and will be back to try the rest of the menu. 😁More infoDovetailPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Yaletown•4.8
- PPatWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWhen we were lead to our table we were offered to check our coats. The atmosphere was lively and very busy. Our server was friendly and attentive. We started off sharing a Crab Cake, It was very tender and hot. I had the Filet Mignon with Béarnaise sauce and my wife had the Salmon Wellington with a Tarragon sauce(not Béarnaise). Both dinners were very good. I guess my only complaint would be the vegetables were under done, they were still crunchy. The desserts were incredible. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Vancouver.More infoJoe Fortes Seafood & Chop HousePrice: Expensive• Seafood• West End•4.7
- JJoeSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoBest Lunch in town! Convenient downtown location located in the Georgia hotel. Beautifully appointed dining room comfortable seating, swanky decor, great place to people watch. The food is over the top, I had the foie gras appetizer, followed by the seafood tower. It was epic! The in-house Somalia Antoine is happy to guide you through the wine list. The service is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, They definitely make you feel welcome and important comma even if you're not. I will definitely go back, so many items on the menu to work through. Thank you Hawksworth!More infoHawksworth RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Canadian• Yaletown•4.6
