So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.     This was my husband and I first time coming to this restaurant, and when I tell we will be back once a month I mean it! From the time we walked in until we walked out we enjoyed every second of this experience. The staff, the chef, the band, the food, the drinks and the service was incredible! I give this a 1000/10 rating because I just love this restaurant! Thank you Eddie V’s for making our date night spectacular!

    Took a friend there for dinner. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and my friend had the plank salmon. Both meals were prepared in an excellent way, absolutely delicious, and served in a timely manner. Our server was gracious, efficient, friendly, and made the evening a joy. This is one of my favorite restaurants and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

    Went to dinner with my friend to celebrate my birthday. Started with the cheese board which is always wonderful. My friend had the shrimp bisque and I had the arugula salad; both are always great starters. For our entrees, I ordered the chicken parmigiana and my friend had the grilled scallops risotto, neither of us could finish our entrees. Service was great, and atmosphere was delightful. We will be back again!
