Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week.     From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by The friendliest, receptionist or manager then you are led to your table. The wait time to place your order is almost immediately. The ambience, the food the dining experience is by far the best. A big thank you to the whole staff for making our dining experience, one of the best experiences.

    Food was exceptionally delicious. The chicken fried lobster tails were fried to perfection with just the perfect about of sweet and spicy sauce, the macaroni and cheese was cheesy, broccoli was amazing and the baked potatoes were the largest potatoes I’ve ever seen in my life.

    Food was visually appealing and great vibes. Great views and everyone with the dresscode dresses very nice. The “inspection” downstairs before you go up definitely helps enforce it. Feels exclusive. For the prices I would expect a leveling up of the food but it was definitely good. I would say they miss the price v food quality balance by about 10-15% in pricing.

    Rye Street is a unique dining experience. The restaurant is beautiful and modern with a rustic feel, lots of wood and leather seating. The food was wonderful. We started with the crab dip, which was full of crab and not too rich. Our entrees were delicious as well and our waiter was attentive and pleasant. We like Rye Street for a special occasion, but if we lived closer we would go for a burger and a nice night out. There are two bars inside and a beautiful new outdoor area. Highly recommend.

    I wanted to take my mother someplace very nice for dinner and the Elkridge Furnace Inn went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! We started with sautéed mushrooms, which are grown locally and prepared fresh. The cream of Baltimore soup was the best variation of a cream of crab soup that we ever have ever experienced. Mum got the Fish Du Jour, which was a delicious Rockfish served with an oyster, mushroom, shrimp & white wine, seafood velouté. I got the 6oz Filet Mignon. My steak was perfectly cooked … it was so delicious and tender. The best broccolini I have ever had in my life and I am a “broccolini snob”. We ended with us each getting dessert… mum got the crème brûlée and I got the apple dumpling with a side of salted caramel ice cream. I’ve never seen my mum eat something so fast. Lol. I had to keep telling her to pace herself. I couldn’t finish my dessert… it was just TOO BIG! Lol. I took it home and had it for breakfast the next day. Chef Dan and his wife Donna stopped by our table to check in on our dining experience, which really touched my mum. The entire staff, from the servers to the bartenders were so friendly and welcoming. Our server was Audrey and she was very knowledgeable and attentive. The serving assistant, Dawson, made sure mum’s coffee was always topped off. I’m very much looking forward to our next visit to the Elkridge Furnace Inn!!!
