Beautiful holiday decor, great service (Andrea) and excellent food

I took my 3 grandchildren & their moms to Moana. It’s our second time ,first Barbie & Ken. We had another excellent experience! We have never gotten such unbelievable service! Every single employee is kind ~ friendly & can’t do enough for the customers! They all have giant smiles ALL night! It such a wonderful time! We can’t wait to come for Santa!

This was my first time at the rum runner, even though I’ve lived here in Monmouth County for 35 years. I’m not sure what I was walking into however, I must say the place looked wonderful. We were seated fairly quickly given that it was Thanksgiving day. The weight staff was personable and attentive. I enjoyed the food although I wish they would’ve had prime rib as one of my choices Instead of ham. I also wish they would’ve had dark meat instead of all white turkey meat, but that’s a personal preference. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Tonight is the first time I have had a hamburger here and as to be expected Peter’s recipe for the French Onion Burger is the very best I have ever had! Thanks Peter! And I was lucky enough to have my favorite cocktail … even though it was no longer on the menu! Thank you one and all for a wonderful dinner … and Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁

For us, this was a special occasion meal and the food and the service were top shelf. We were a little taken back by the sticker shock, but the drinks, steak, salad, lobster, and appetizers were so good, I can’t complain. However, we were very surprised by the dress of the clientele. People were wearing sweats and sneakers in what I consider to be a very expensive and high end restaurant. Our waiter Pierre was an absolute pro. This is not a place for me to frequent often but maybe once or twice a year for a special occasion.
