Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. Honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to recently. The food seems to be all about fresh seasonal produce which I LOVE ! Peaches and tomato salad was definitely the favourite for me. They were also so considerate and plated the pasta in 2 plates for me and my friend - it’s these little things ! can’t wait to come back again :)

Since I discovered The Potting Shed in 2019 I have been coming back to eat there as soon as I am in Sydney and I am never disappointed: the service, the atmosphere, the setting, the original cocktails not to mention the themed decorations. It's my favorite place !

Love this place , food including for allergies was amazing so delicious! Of course the coffee is fabulous and you can actually hear each other . The baristas and wait staff were knowledgeable kind and went above and beyond . Thanks for a beautiful experience . Definitely book !
