- EEPhiladelphia County •12 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur waiter, Mark, was personable and accommodating from the moment we sat down. We brought wine and our own liquor to add to their wonderful drink options. The crab dip was plentiful for the five of us to enjoy. Our shared pizza, salad, shrimp and cauliflower were flavorful and left us comfortably full. Throughly enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding as the cherry on top to a delightful evening spent at The Noble Goat. The crab cake and mushroom soup was the best. The burger was succulent and nicely made. Servers were smiling and attending with warmth. - LLizVIPPhiladelphia County •2 reviews5.0Dined on 1 Jan 2025What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this restaurant was, nestled within the old Eagle Tavern. The ambience and decor really aligned with the broader theme of a southern farm to table kitchen. The cocktails were spectacular, especially if you like whiskey, because they have an incredible selection. The sweet potato hush puppies were perfectly fried, and the honey and sauce were delicious. We ordered the short rib and salmon, and the chef was able to make adjustments to the vegetables to address an allergy issue. Both plates were licked completely clean because everything was absolutely delicious. We also got the skillet cornbread and while it was two cut slices on a skillet and not an actual skillet, the flavor was delicious. The only adjustment I would suggest there is the butter was chilled, which made it hard to spread. I wasn’t as excited about the dessert selection but honestly, I didn’t need dessert because the meal was just spectacular. Special shout out to our server, Maddie, who was perfectly attentive without being ever present.More infoBloom Southern KitchenPrice: Moderate• Southern• Chester Springs•4.6
