Perched between Cambridge’s Central and Harvard Squares, Pammy’s is a cozy yet sophisticated neighborhood destination. With dishes that lean heavily on Italian flavors but are not restricted by any rules of the cuisine, the food is unpretentious and delicious. A fireplace wrapped in white ceramic, an oversized salvaged communal table designed for side-by-side dining and rich leather banquets are just some of the design elements that make up Pammy’s charm. We're currently serving a Prix Fixe menu for all reservations. We were seated by the window, hoping for a warm and cozy meal on a cold winter evening. Unfortunately, the large windows were very drafty, and we had to keep our coats on the whole time. The cold air was so noticeable that the short curtains were moving. It wasn’t just us—everyone sitting near the windows was bundled up in jackets and scarves, trying to stay warm while eating. The food and service might have been nice, but it was hard to enjoy with the constant chill. Hopefully, the restaurant fixes this because it has the potential to be a great, cozy spot.
