Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Calverton

We made a last minute reservation and were pleasantly greeted upon arrival. We love to sit near the fireplace, however there was not an available table in that area. Instead we were seated upstairs which was such a pleasant experience! It was much more quiet and formal. Our waiter was so kind, attentive and funny! The food was 10/10 as per usual. We enjoy the crab cake, baked clams, porterhouse for two, shishito peppers and lobster mac; it’s our “go-to” dinner. It’s always a pleasure to dine at Tellers whether it’s for a casual dinner or holiday celebration.

Excellent food and excellent service makes for a very nice evening out on Valentine’s Day with the one you love.

I brought my long time friend here for a Galentine's dinner and it was perfect! We had a chance to really chat & catch up in a private but very fun space. The servers were lovely and more than happy to accomodate our "in no rush" timeline (on a Tuesday if course). It was the perfect spot for a cute dinner night out! Food was great, Italian is NOT her first choice but she loved it!

Great food, great ambience, never disappoints. Cooperage Inn is our special place to dine because it is such a memorable experience with an outstanding menu to match.

Have eaten here numerous times. The food (Bison, in several forms) is always delectable. The service is caring and attentive. The owner (for 50 years!) Mr. Tuccio, and his friend, Judy, came over and visited with us. Rare to find a restaurant with such fine food & drink with such personalized attention! All excellent!!
