Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Lake Elmo

I met 3 friends for lunch. We shared 2 meatballs as an appetizer. They were fantastic and 2 meatballs were plenty for an appetizer. Our meal orders were all over the menu. All were delicious but the winner was the "Minute Chicken". We shared the Banana Pudding for dessert. There was plenty to share and was the best banana pudding that I have ever had. The place was packed on this Tuesday for lunch, but our server, Jessie, treated us as if we were the only table in the house. I can't wait to go back.

Was good. Portions are huge. Ribeye was so-so - not enough sear or flavor. Kind of pricey.

I've been to 3 of the 4 Hazelwoods in the twin cities area. The Woodbury restaurant is by far the best! Ambiance , food presentation, and quality of food were all outstanding. No complaints and I would prefer to go back to this location than any other. (however, it took us an hour to get there). The noise level was too high. It was hard to talk to the other couple we were with due to the high volume of noise.

This is a wonderful place to celebrate special occasions. Our server, Diane, was lovely and took excellent care of us. The food was outstanding, and we saved room for dessert from a number of tempting options. The ambiance was warm and cozy and the noise level was low, which was a big plus. We look forward to our next dinner!

The vegan choice is poor; Please offer more choices with vegan protein ie; tofu (the bowl offered is not up to par) beans, quinoa etc. Crave is always my first choice for lunch with friends, but not after yesterday.
