Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Old Bridge

618 is one of our favorite local restaurants. We dine there at least once a month. We were greeted by our waiter, Ryan. He was friendly and offered some recommendations. We started with two of our favorite cocktails, the Spicy Boi and the Espresso Martini. For appetizers, my wife and I split the Fried Lobster Tail. It was our first time trying this dish. The tail was taken out of the shell, but still attacked near the flippers. The tail meat was breaded and fried. It was crispy, the breading had a nice kick, and it was enough for two to share. For entrees my wife had the filet mignon which was accompanied by mashed potatoes and asparagus. I had the skirt steak which was served with french fries, guacamole, and a chimichurri sauce. Both steaks were perfectly cooked to the desired temperature. The french fries were crispy. Another great meal.

Our server was a very kind lady and on top of our tables. Very sweet. Amazing food and the view is spectacular. One of my favorites restaurants in NYC.

Incredible experience as always! We had the pleasure of meeting and being helped by Adam, who went above and beyond to make sure we were set for a great night. He really set the tone and was wonderful in answering any questions and ensuring we were happy as the night continued. We started with the oysters and caviar which blew us out of the water! I had the pork chop and he had a filet - both outstanding dishes and complimented by the mashed potato’s and sweet potato casserole! Every dish was incredible, the restaurant was set up beautifully as always and the atmosphere was fantastic. We live right around the corner and can’t wait to be back!!

You absolutely won’t regret dining at Oishii Sushi! The fish is incredibly fresh, and the sushi is both delicious and beautifully presented. The service is top-notch, making the experience even better. We’ll definitely return and make this our go-to spot for both dining in and takeout. Highly recommended!
