Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant.     Great restaurant and we are loyal Ruth Chris Customers but they were not ready for the Valentine’s Day rush. Waited over 45 minutes for table. Drinks took another 45 minutes to get and steak was not cooked to right temperature.

    Solidified as my new favorite location. Capital Grille has a great reputation for style, service and quality so I’m not totally surprised by our great dinner today but I will say this location went above and beyond for Valentine’s Day! Special thanks to our server, Matt for being a rock star with attentiveness, great communication, friendliness and charm. He took care of us without missing a beat. We ordered the Filet and Lamb Chops both seasoned and cooked to perfect. Also the new style of lobster and crab cake was amazing with the right sear and amazing flavor. The lobster bisque was creamy and well seasoned and the sides were a homerun (Sautéed Spinach and Mashed Potatoes). Thank you Parsippany location for showing out and putting on a great show. Clean and classy ambience left us walking away saying money well spent. Lots of parking and easy to find location.
