Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in South Beach

The Ruth Chris at Myrtle Beach is a gem. The ambiance is very quiet and ideal for a date night. The food was exceptionally good from the appetizer to the desert. Our waiter Phil was humorous and very knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent food and top notch service. Three of us dined. Two had the French onion soup. It was terrific, as usual. Just the right sized portion for an appetizer. One of us had the tuna entree. It was fresh and delicious. One had the ribeye. It was perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. One had the grouper with lobster risotto. It was fantastic. The fish was perfect. Light, flaky and the proper temperature. The meals were very satisfying so dessert was skipped. Our server was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming (we are repeat customers and are greeted as such with warmth and authentic kindness). I enjoyed my predinner Blood and Bourbon cocktail. A fresh, inventive take on an Old Fashioned.

Ciao is ALWAYS excellent. Great food, great service and reasonable prices. When in Myrtle Beach it's hard to go anywhere else. Sean takes great care of us. We will be in MB again next month, We will be at Ciao again next month.

We celebrated a birthday here and everything was perfect, from the nice valets to the hosts and Rachel, our waitress. She was very helpful with recommendations as this was our first time here. The petite sirloin was cooked to perfection and the stone crabs were excellent. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice restaurant while you're in Myrtle Beach.

My wife and I dine at the Hot Fish Club frequently, and the food never disappoints. Our meal yesterday set the bar even higher than usual. We both had the lobster special, and it was amazing.
