For a party of 4, 2 of our meals came out more than 10 minutes before the other two which seemed very strange and awkward. When we finally asked to check on the other two, the waitress sounded like that was normal because it's just not possible to know how long the flatbreads might take. Unfortunately, the parking situation at Brim House tainted the entire experience. Despite parking my own vehicle I was asked to give my keys for valet. I was told to text when wrapping up our meal (under 2 hours) to have the car brought out front (where it was just where I left it). The charge that accompanied that text was $17. I am disappointed in the parking situation and will no longer head downtown for brunch or any other event going forward.
