    I always have a great experience at PARC, but my Christmas night dinner was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome I received at check in, my wonderful server, Miss Amy’s attentive and fun service, and my delicious meal, this particular visit is one I’ll happily remember.     I realize it was Christmas Eve and the restaurant was busy, but the food courses could have been spread out. Half of our party ordered the 7 fishes and the other half ordered entrees off the menu. The 7 fishes courses were served too quickly. The next course came out before the previous one was eaten. Our waiter didn’t write down our dessert orders and came back 3 times to ask us what we ordered. It was extremely cold at our table because everytime someone opened the door to come into the restaurant, the cold air blew on our table.
