Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Chinatown / Kensington Market

We chose a new restaurant for our Holiday reunions and The Dorset didn’t disappoint one bit. The decor, ambiance, service was amazing. Most importantly the food was outstanding and that’s a lot coming from a foodie and with an English menu with a lil twist I will definitely be back. One word DELICIOUS! We ended up being there for 4 hours 🥰👍🏼👍🏼

We had an amazing experience at The Rooftop! The ambiance was unmatched, with breathtaking views and a vibrant yet cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Our server, Avin, truly elevated our evening. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. Avin’s warm and professional demeanor made us feel so welcome and taken care of throughout the night. We highly recommend The Rooftop for a memorable dining experience and will definitely be back soon. Thank you to Avin and the entire team for such an incredible evening!

I love eating at Clay and at the end of our meal I said to my lunch guest, 'This is my favourite place to have lunch in Toronto!' The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming and always treat us like family. We had a wonderful window table and looking across at the ROM is special. The room is bright and airy and the noise level moderate making it easy to have great conversation. The food was really delicious and creative and I look forward to my next visit in January.

There were a couple of hiccups, but the hostess and servers made it right. It was a super busy holiday - show night for them and they did very well!!
